Mr. Neumann is co-founder of Safe Harbor Discovery, LLC.
From 1991 until 2000, Mr. Neumann was President and co-founder of Special Counsel, Inc., the nation’s largest legal staffing provider and now a wholly owned subsidiary of an international staffing company. Mr. Neumann is admitted to practice law in Marylandand theDistrict of Columbia. He practiced real estate law with a large Maryland law firm and left the practice of law in 1991 when he and his partner created Special Counsel.
Mr. Neumann is on the board of several local charitable organizations including The Associated (of which he currently chairs Community Planning & Allocations), Gilman School (Vice Chair of Annual Giving), Bridges and the Baltimore Area Council of AIPAC (a past Chair).
